The inkjet cartridges, toner cartridges, and refill kits sold by Ruby Distributing are the highest quality available, and will provide you with excellent quality of printing.  To protect you (the customer) against the unlikely event of a problem with the products, we offer this warranty on all parts we sell:

Inkjet Products Limited Warranty

All inkjet cartridges and refill kits sold by Ruby Distributing are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship, and to provide print quality similar to the oem brand items.  If you find the product you purchased from Ruby Distributing to be defective, simply email us explaining the problem and list the item number, when you purchased the item, and when you began using that item.  We will promptly replace the defective item or refund your purchase price (less shipping costs). While there is no time limit on this warranty, no refunds can be given past one year after the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, failure to perform routine maintenance, or damage from modification, misuse or abuse, nor does this warranty cover any losses that may be the result of shipping or any incidental or consequential damages.  This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral, written, express or implied.  There are no warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  To the extent that any implied warranty is recognized in a particular jurisdiction, such implied warranty is limited in duration to a period of one year from the date of purchase.  Seller's obligation shall in no case exceed the replacement of defective items.  Seller's warranty obligations and buyer's remedies hereunder are solely and exclusively stated herein.
